Can you support classified or secure environments?

Yes. Coleson maintains a Top Secret facility clearance, and all of our team members hold active clearances. We’re experienced working inside SCIFs and other secure facilities, including programs based near Fort Meade and other DoD installations. We follow all applicable NISPOM and CUI handling requirements to ensure complete data and mission integrity.

Do you offer rapid response for cyber incidents?

Absolutely. Our 24/7 SOC and cyber teams are trained for fast mobilization when a security event occurs. Are you available for onsite implementation work or only remote?

Can you work as a subcontractor to small and large business primes contractors?

Yes, we regularly team with small and large business prime contractors who need qualified HUBZone and WOSB partners. We’re familiar with subcontracting requirements and maintain all necessary registrations in SAM and DSBS. Our flexibility, clearances, and proven reliability make us a trusted small-business teammate for primes across multiple contract vehicles.

How fast can you start on a new contract or task order?

We move quickly once scope and security requirements are confirmed. For unclassified work, mobilization can often begin within days. For classified environments, start times depend on clearance validation and facility access. Our clients appreciate that we plan around those steps early so projects stay on schedule.

Do you work with defense clients outside Tennessee?

Yes, most of our projects support defense and federal partners across the CONUS and OCONUS. While our headquarters is in Spring City, Tennessee a designated HUBZone we frequently deploy teams to military bases and installations worldwide, including the National Capital Region and Fort Meade, MD. Our goal is to bring agile, cleared expertise wherever the mission requires it.

Do you hire locally in Spring City or mostly cleared personnel elsewhere?

Both. We actively recruit technical and administrative staff from the local Spring City and Rhea County community as part of our HUBZone commitment, while also employing cleared engineers and analysts nationwide.
